The 20 Under 40 is a recognition program that celebrates young professionals under the age of 40 who exemplify exceptional leadership, creativity and commitment to advancing the jewelry industry. There are two list categories to spotlight jewelry professionals-Jewelry Retailers and Jewelry Suppliers- totaling 40 recipients.
The recipients - who are all active JA members - went through a nomination process and were selected by a jewelry industry judging panel. From bench jewelers to managers to store owners to C-suite executives, every professional on the 20 Under 40 list has made a positive impact in their organization and the industry as a whole.
