Virtu Named Most Used Post-Trade TCA by Bloomberg Intelligence

NEW YORK, April 16, 2026 - Virtu Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VIRT), a leading provider of global, multi-asset financial services that delivers liquidity and innovative, transparent products across the complete investment cycle to the global markets, has been named the most used post-trade transaction-cost analysis (TCA) provider, and the second most used pre-trade TCA provider among external vendors, according to research published by Bloomberg Intelligence.

Virtu has been recognized as the leading post-trade TCA provider in the institutional equity trading market, according to Bloomberg Intelligence's 2026 US Institutional Equity Trading Study. The study found that 36% of survey participants use Virtu for post-trade TCA. Virtu also ranked second in pre-trade TCA usage at 30% among survey participants, demonstrating the firm's comprehensive analytics capabilities across the entire trade lifecycle. The study's findings suggest growing interest among institutional traders in independent third-party TCA providers, with participants indicating increased focus on post-trade analysis for execution performance evaluation. Virtu's leadership position reflects its continued focus on trading analytics and its commitment to delivering best-in-class tools to asset managers and hedge funds of all sizes.

"This ranking reflects years of investment in building analytics capabilities that meet the evolving needs of sophisticated institutional traders," said Kevin O'Connor, Global Head of Analytics at Virtu Financial. "Our clients demand granular, actionable insights delivered in real-time, and our team has built a platform that combines proprietary market data with advanced analytical methodologies to provide unmatched insight into execution quality."
