2. blok je v provozu, výkon reaktoru 100 %, výkon turbogenerátorů - 513 MWe
3. blok je v provozu, výkon reaktoru 100 %, výkon turbogenerátorů - 510 MWe
4. blok je v provozu, výkon reaktoru 100 %, výkon turbogenerátorů - 516 MWe

V roce 2026 vyrobila JE Dukovany celkem 11 592 654 MWh elektřiny.
