Taekwondo athlete Palina Glebova (Germany) is on a mission to become the 'Queen of World Records'.
Putting her high-kicking skills to the test with the help of her coach Joe Alexander, the 29-year-old is determined to break as many Guinness World Records titles as she can.
And she's off to a very good start.
The super-fit sporting star has four titles to her name currently - and three of them were broken on the same day.
First up, in November 2024, she tested her flexibility to claim the record for most balloons burst by high-heel kicks above the head in one minute with a total of 22.
At this point, Palina had been practising Taekwondo for almost 18 years and she decided to take on this record attempt as the front kick was her favourite move.
Then, in November 2025, Palina took on a trio of record attempts in celebration of Guinness World Records Day.
In an incredible display of her martial arts skills, she claimed the following records:

Palina, who is featured in Guinness World Records 2026, posted about her amazing trio of achievements on Instagram at the time.
She wrote alongside a video of all the action from the day: "Still overwhelmed!"
She added in another post: "I'm beyond happy, proud and grateful for this unforgettable day.
"A huge thank you to my coach and mentor @joe_alexander_12 - none of this would be possible without you!"
Joe said: "Palina has a rare combination of talent, discipline, and mental strength.
"Most importantly, she believes in herself and is willing to do the hard work. That's the winning mindset she brings to every Guinness World Records attempt."

When asked if Palina will break more records in the future, he laughed: "Absolutely, 100%! She has the mindset of a champion, and champions, they don't stop, they evolve.
"As long as she keeps that focus and the hunger, many, many world records will follow."
He added: "I'm extremely proud of Palina. She is not just breaking records, she is breaking limits. She is young, beautiful, extremely talented and has a great vision.
"Her goal is to become the woman with the most Guinness World Records [titles] in the world - the 'Queen of World Records', and I believe in her."
