As part of the plan, the City Council will consider agreements with community partners to support shelter and outreach services:
If approved, these agreements will continue supporting shelter access, outreach efforts, and coordinated services for people experiencing homelessness as part of the City's FY 2027 homelessness response strategy. Additional key agreements, including the FARO Center operations agreement and the Casa Cacique operations agreement, will be presented for consideration at the September 1, 2026 City Council meeting.
