U.S. News & World Report ranks Longwood among 2026 Best Online MBA programs

Based on the strength of its top-notch faculty and commitment to delivering measurable value for its graduates, Longwood's Online MBA program maintains a robust national ranking, according to a just-released U.S. News & World Report list.

Longwood ranked No. 169 nationally in Best Online MBA Programs and ranked in the top 100 nationally in Best Online MBA Programs for Veterans, landing at No. 85. The list revealed Longwood has the sixth-highest-ranked online MBA program in Virginia.

Longwood's Online MBA program recently ranked nationally on the Best Online MBA Programs in the U.S. for 2026 list compiled by Poets&Quants, which evaluates programs nationwide based on admissions standards, academic experience and career outcomes. Longwood's program was also named one of the "Best MBA Programs for Your Money " by Money, placing it among just 33 graduate business schools nationwide to earn the distinction for 2025.

In its 14th year, the U.S. News Best Online Programs is designed for individuals looking to complete or further their education. This year's edition evaluates more than 1,800 online bachelor's and master's degree programs using metrics specific to online learning. The rankings include only degree-granting programs offered primarily online by regionally accredited institutions.
