The MD|DC Credit Union Association will host a complimentary 90-minute leadership workshop with Laurie Maddalena on December 3, offering credit union leaders strategies to strengthen their leadership approach and drive long-term success.
As credit unions navigate changing expectations and increasing complexity, effective leadership requires more than solving problems and managing daily workloads. Today's leaders must empower their teams, encourage ownership, and create an environment where employees can grow and perform at their best.
Drawing on Maddalena's The Elevated Leader framework and her experience working with credit union leaders, the workshop will explore how leaders can shift from fixing problems to facilitating growth. Participants will examine the mindset and strategies needed to improve team engagement, build confidence, and support sustainable performance.
The session will also introduce The Six Leadership Saboteurs, helping participants recognize common habits that can limit their effectiveness and identify ways to lead more intentionally.
As the year comes to a close, attendees will develop a plan to maximize their leadership impact, strengthen their teams and finish the year strong to build momentum for the year ahead.
Registration closes November 30. Participants are encouraged to register before the deadline.
