At around 9:30 a.m., officers responded to the southbound lanes of S Dale Mabry Hwy and W Marcum St following reports of pedestrians blocking the flow of traffic.

Upon their arrival, officers located several individuals, some of whom were occupying the southbound lanes, ultimately endangering and preventing the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrian travel, as well as themselves.
