Lowenstein Represents Hurray’s GIRL BEER in Funding Round to Accelerate National Retail Expansion

Lowenstein Sandler represented Hurray's GIRL BEER, a humor-led flavored light beer brand leading a new wave of beer built for the next generation of drinkers, in its $5 million funding round led by Lakehouse Ventures. The funding round occurs after the brand's California launch and expansion into the Southwest and Texas where Hurray's Girl Beer is partnering with leading Anheuser Busch and Molson Coors distributors. Hurray's Girl Beer secured retail placements with national chains including Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, and Whole Foods within its first year.

Hurray's intends to use the funding to support Girl Beer's sales and marketing efforts, as well as continue its national rollout and expansion into new markets in the Midwest and Southeast where the brand is in advanced discussion with top distributors and chain retail partners. Hurray's will also invest in viral marketing campaigns to drive nationwide brand awareness.
