GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. During January 2026, a non-statutory awards
board reviewed 54 nominations spanning nine award categories
announced in reference (a). Amongst a field of highly qualified
and truly outstanding nominees, the Deputy Commandant for
Programs and Resources takes pleasure in congratulating the
following recipients of the 2025 Marine Corps Financial Management
Awards Program.

1.c. Financial Management Resource Analyst of the Year (E6-E7):

1.e. Financial Technician of the Year (E1-E5):

2. If not already provided, selectees must email their biography,
high-resolution official command color photo, and point of contact
information to include name, rank, email address, and phone number
to the POCs listed in this MARADMIN no later than 13 February 2026.
3. Organizational awards considered each applicable unit/office for
recognition. the Deputy Commandant for Programs and Resources takes
pleasure in congratulating the following organizations as winners
of the 2025 Marine Corps Financial Management Awards Program.
3.a. Marine Corps Comptroller Organization/Team of the Year
(Operating Forces): 22nd MEU
3.b. Marine Corps Comptroller Organization/Team of the Year
(Supporting Establishment): 12th Marine Corps District
3.c. Marine Corps Disbursing or Finance Organization/Team of the
Year: Finance Office, Marine Corps Base Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii
4. All recipients will be recognized at the Marine Corps Financial
Management Awards dinner on 26 February 2026 at the Army Navy
Country Club, 1700 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, VA 22202-2891.
The dress for award recipients and service members participating in
the ceremony is Service "A". The dress for all other attendees is
business attire.
5. HQMC P&R will fund travel for the individual award recipients and one
personal family member guest. For organizational awards, P&R will fund
two command representatives. More command representatives may attend if
unit funded. Travel instructions for individual recipients and guests,
lodging details, and a schedule of events will be issued via separate
correspondence.
6. All attendees must register via the Marine Corps Association website

to attend. HQMC P&R is not involved in the registration process; however,
please contact the POCs listed in this message for assistance in the event
of any issues during registration. Registration is currently open and
active-duty service members are invited to register online at no cost.
Awardee spouses may attend free of cost by emailing [email protected]
to register.
7. Nominees submitted for the Marine Corps Financial Management Awards
Program are highly encouraged for submissions to the Under Secretary
Defense Comptroller (USD (C)) Awards Program, Department of the Navy
Financial Management Awards Program, and The Society of Defense Financial
Management Awards Program.
8. Congratulations to all awardees and nominees. The competition was very
close with many notable achievements across each category. All individuals
nominated should be proud of their accomplishments. Your efforts continue
to reflect the standards of excellence that ensure successful financial
management operations in the United States Marine Corps.
