Public Notice

As stated in General Order 26-02, a nationwide outage has disrupted Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) services, affecting the delivery of bankruptcy notices by electronic and physical mail. Parties who are not registered CM/ECF users may experience delays in receiving court notices, and access to current creditors' matrices may also be affected; however, Notices of Electronic Filing (NEFs) continue to function normally. The outage has impacted the Court's ability to provide timely notice and service of orders and other documents, and the duration of the disruption is currently unknown. Please review General Order 26-03 Temporary Guidance During the Bankruptcy Noticing Center Service Disruption.
