BICO Steel Expands its Steel Processing Capabilities with Acquisition of RE Metal Finishing

Mogadore, OH, April 4, 2023 - BICO Steel ("BICO"), a portfolio company of Validor Capital, is pleased to announce it has acquired RE Metal Finishing, further developing its extensive steel processing and fabrication capabilities.

Based in Kent, Ohio, RE Metal Finishing, which has been renamed BICO Metal Finishing, provides steel peening and metal finishing services to a variety of industrial customers.

BICO is a highly-specialized processor of heavy carbon steel plate and forged specialty alloy steel, with locations in Akron, Ohio, Kent, Ohio, Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Breckenridge, Michigan.
