On December 1, 2026, the following Local Bankruptcy Rules will be effective:
- New Rule 1003;
- Amendments to Rules 1019-1; 3015-5; 3015-6; 4001-1; 4001-2; 4001-3; 4001-4; 5005-4; 7016-1; 9013-6; 9013-7; Appendix B; Appendix C; and Administrative Procedures 1.8.
