PHILADELPHIA - The Streets Department announces overnight line striping work on East Market Street from East Penn Square (City Hall) to 6th Street. Starting at 10 p.m., Sunday May 3, 2026, temporary lane closures will allow crews to replace existing painted turn and straight only arrows.
