Closures on State Routes 99, 108, 120, and Interstate 5

Stanislaus County- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct various lane and ramp closures next week on State Route 99 (SR-99), State Route 108 (SR-108), State Route 120 (SR-120), and Interstate 5 (I-5). Work is scheduled to occur as follows:

State Route 99

• Closure of the #3 (right) lane of northbound SR-99 from Ninth Street to the Tuolumne River for maintenance work beginning Monday, September 8, through Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
• Closure of the #1 (left) lane of northbound SR-99 from Hatch Road to the Tuolumne River for maintenance work beginning Wednesday, September 10, through Thursday, September 11, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
• Full closures of the northbound SR-99 off-ramps to Hatch Road and Ninth Street and the on-ramps from Crows Landing Road and Joyce Avenue for maintenance work beginning Monday, September 8, through Tuesday, September 9, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

State Route 108

• Overnight, one-way traffic at First Street in Riverbank for electrical work beginning Sunday, September 7, through Friday, September 12, 2025, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

State Route 120

• Overnight, alternating lane closures between East A Street and State Route 108 (F Street) in Oakdale for electrical work beginning Sunday, September 7, through Friday, September 12, 2025, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.

Interstate 5

• Overnight, alternating lane closures between Fink Road and Hamilton Road for bridge work beginning Sunday, September 7, through Friday, September 12, 2025, from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
• Overnight, full closure of the on-ramp to northbound I-5 from Ingram Creek Road for bridge work beginning Sunday, September 7, through Friday, September 12, 2025, from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
• Long-term, full closures of the northbound and southbound Westley Safety Roadside Rest Areas on I-5 and the auxiliary lane leading to the southbound rest area exit for construction work.
  Note: This project is expected to continue through the spring of 2026.

Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. All work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
