Christophe Goossens, CEO of RTL Luxembourg and Broadcasting Center Europe (BCE), has taken over additional responsibilities for European News Exchange (Enex) and Media Real Estate (MRE) in Luxembourg, effective immediately. In this expanded capacity, Christophe Goossens continues to report to Thomas Rabe, CEO of RTL Group.

As part of this change, the current Managing Directors of Enex and MRE, Adrian Wells and Philippe Hatert respectively, now report to Christophe Goossens. The new structure establishes Christophe Goossens as RTL Group's Head of Luxembourg Operations, ensuring even closer cooperation between all businesses at RTL City.

Media Assurances, RTL Group's insurance service provider, continues to report to RTL Group's CFO, Björn Bauer.
