The August 2025 quarterly refresh for the Hospice Quality Reporting Program is now available on the Compare.
In this refresh, hospices will find updated Hospice Item Set (HIS) measure scores are based on data submitted from Quarter 4, 2023 through Quarter 3, 2024. CAHPS measure scores will also be updated with data submitted from Quarter 4, 2022 through Quarter 3, 2024. This update will also include the biannual CAHPS Star Ratings update based on data from Quarter 4, 2022 through Quarter 3, 2024. The claims-based measures will be updated in the November 2025 refresh.
LeadingAge will be working on updating our Hospice Trends Report in the coming weeks to reflect this new data.
