The first session of the faculty development series 'Confluence' will be held on Jan. 28.
This semester, join the Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence (CAFE) and your faculty colleagues to build community and talk about your experiences being a faculty member. Topics vary from burnout, cultivating leadership, navigating professional challenges and more. Check out the schedule to see descriptions of each session and decide which ones you want to attend! You can attend as many sessions as you like or just one, just be sure to register beforehand.
The first session on Jan. 28 is about burnout, a topic on a lot of our minds. Please join if you want to learn about what burnout looks like, how to recognize it early, and how to recover from it. All Confluence sessions will be on Wednesdays, Jan. 28 - April 1 from 2:30 - 3:45 p.m. in LIB 211M. Want to join but you are on a community campus or have a remote work agreement? Email [email protected].
