Meeting of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs with the Rector of the Diplomatic Studies Institute of Egypt

On January 28, 2026, in Cairo, a meeting was held between the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Farrukh Sharifzoda, and the Deputy Minister and Rector of the Diplomatic Studies Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Egyptians Abroad of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Mr.Yasir Alawi.

The parties discussed practical ways to implement the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Diplomatic Studies Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt, signed on January 27, 2026 in Cairo.

During the meeting, bilateral cooperation in the exchange of experience, joint diplomatic research, and conducting professional development courses for diplomats was recognized as an important factor for the further development of cooperation.
