City of Columbia schedules town hall meetings to discuss public safety sales tax ballot measure

(COLUMBIA, MO) -

The Columbia Police Department and Columbia Fire Department invite community members to attend a presentation about the proposed Public Safety Sales Tax that will be on the ballot on the Aug. 4 city election.

Representatives of Columbia Police, Columbia Fire and City Council will present information about the 1% tax, followed by a Q&A session.
