Nasdaq Welcomes Rotermann City to the Baltic First North Market

Tallinn/Riga/Vilnius, Nasdaq Baltic, June 15, 2026 - Nasdaq (NDAQ) announces that bonds issued by Rotermann City, an Estonian real estate developer, have been admitted to trading on the Nasdaq Baltic First North Market as of today.

Rotermann City's bond issue totals EUR 8 million. Each bond has a nominal value of EUR 1,000 and carries a fixed annual coupon rate of 7.75%, paid quarterly. The bonds mature on December 12, 2029.

The listing follows the public offering of the bonds to Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian investors. Demand reached EUR 17.06 million, making the base offering amount of EUR 6 million 2.8 times oversubscribed. A total of 1,379 investors subscribed to the bonds.

The public bond offering was arranged by LHV Pank. Law Firm Sorainen acted as legal adviser and serves as certified adviser to Rotermann City on First North.
