SE 12th Court Asphalt Improvement Project

The City of Fort Lauderdale is working with M & M Asphalt Maintenance Inc. to resurface SE 12th Court between Miami Road and SE 10th Avenue in Harbordale. This project includes:

• Milling and resurfacing asphalt
• Applying new pavement markings

Construction will begin on Thursday, April 23, 2026, and is expected to be completed on Monday, April 27, 2026. Work will take place daily between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Construction is expected to begin at SE 10th Avenue and head west toward Miami Road. This schedule is subject to change based on inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Traffic Impacts

• Neighbors are asked to refrain from parking along SE 12th Court within the project limits daily during work hours.
  
• One lane in each direction of SE 12th Court within the project limits will be closed during work hours.
• Traffic control personnel will direct traffic as needed.
• Access to driveways will be maintained unless work is taking place in the immediate area across from the driveway. Crews will attempt to coordinate with neighbors prior to the start of asphalt operations that will impact driveway access.
• Please follow posted signs and drive with caution in the area.
