Office of Worker Protections: Updated proposed regulations are posted for public review

The Office of Worker Protections has updated three sets of proposed regulations to reflect changes made by the Protect Our Workers, Enforce Rights (POWER) Act passed on May 27, 2025.

The proposed regulations are posted on the Department of Records website. As part of this process, any member of the public can request a hearing on the proposed regulation.
