Road Closures Announced for Susan G. Komen Run/Walk

Hundreds of runners will take to the streets this Sunday, September 27, for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure- with a course running through downtown Toledo.

The race begins at 9:30 a.m. at Summit St. and Monroe St. and finishes at Hensville on Washington Street.

Road closures will begin at 5 a.m. along the race route, with additional closures beginning at 8 a.m.

Residents and visitors are encouraged to plan extra travel time and use alternate routes where possible.

Downtown Road Closures - 8 a.m.

• Streets closed at Erie St.
  Newton
  Lafayette
  Washington
  Monroe
  Jefferson
  Madison
  Adams
• High Level Bridge closes at 9 a.m.

Race Route Closures

Race route streets will close on a rolling basis between Sunday at 9 and 11 a.m. Spectators are welcome along the course.
