Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Night with San Diego FC

Hispanic Heritage Night at Snapdragon Stadium was a celebration of culture, community and the beautiful game - and DIRECTV was proud to help make the night even more special.

As the presenting partner of San Diego FC's Hispanic Heritage Night, DIRECTV welcomed 20 special guests from Ronald McDonald House San Diego to experience the match together. The evening gave the group an opportunity to enjoy SDFC soccer, celebrate Hispanic heritage and make memories at Snapdragon Stadium.

To help make the experience one to remember, DIRECTV provided custom SDFC jerseys for the kids and rally scarves for all 20 guests. Every ticketholder also received a special SDFC cowboy hat, adding a distinctly San Diego touch to the celebration. SDFC featured the cowboy hat as the official giveaway for the first 25,000 fans in attendance.

For DIRECTV, nights like this are about more than what happens on the field. They're an opportunity to bring people together, celebrate the communities that make San Diego special and create experiences that fans and families can carry with them long after the final whistle.
