Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On June 18, 2026, ArriVent BioPharma, Inc. (the "Company") held its 2026 annual meeting of stockholders (the "Annual Meeting") via live audio webcast on the Internet. Of the 46,368,442 shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, issued and outstanding and eligible to vote as of the record date of April 21, 2026, a quorum of 33,418,793 shares, or 72.07% of the eligible shares, was present at the meeting or represented by proxy.

At the Annual Meeting, the stockholders: (1) elected each of James Healy, M.D., Ph.D., John Hohneker, M.D., and Stuart Lutzker, M.D., Ph.D. to the Company's board of directors as a Class II director for a term of three years to serve until the 2029 annual meeting of stockholders and until his or her successor is duly elected and qualified or until his or her earlier death, resignation, or removal ("Election of Directors"); and (2) ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026 ("Auditor Ratification").
