On 10/22/26 The Spokane Police Department's Special Investigative Unit (SIU) concluded a counter narcotics investigation into two males, 49-year-old Kristopher K. Roybal and 39-year-old Artie F. Bramley.

Roybal has an extensive criminal history with 32 felony convictions in Washington. Bramley has 4 felony convictions in Washington.

With the assistance of the Spokane County Sheriff's Office RAVEN task force, search warrants were executed at two residences simultaneously. The residences were located in the area of 900 W. York Ave and 2400 N. Hogan St.

During the execution of the search warrant, SIU seized approximately 4,000 grams of methamphetamine (8.81 pounds) and 7.6 grams of cocaine, which had been prepackaged for distribution.
