Auterion has raised $130 million in new funding in a Series B financing led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with additional participation from existing investors Lakestar, Mosaic Ventures and Costanoa Ventures. Out of the $130 million, $25 million came in the form of non-dilutive capital provided by Rochefort and backed by the Office of Strategic Capital and the Department of Defense.
The new funding will support the scaling of Auterion's AuterionOS Platform and Nemyx Defense System, interoperable platforms which provide drones and other combat vehicles with AI-powered autonomy, secure communications and edge computing capabilities.

Headquartered in Arlington, VA, with an EU base in Munich, Germany, Auterion provides scalable autonomous solutions to allied defense forces worldwide.
This financing will enable Auterion to accelerate its mission to make sophisticated autonomous capabilities accessible and afforadable. The additional capital will support expansion into new markets, further development of AuterionOS, and increased deployment of autonomous systems for allied defense forces.
The Orrick team was led by Max Cantor and included a Technology Companies Group team of Julien Barbey, Serena Tibrewala, Lauren Nilles and Chelsea Smith, as well as specialists John Narducci, Harry Clark, Jeanine McGuinness, Daniel Yost, Mike Yang and Katherine Hogan.
In addition, a cross-border Finance team consisting of Adam Ross, Catalina Bravo, Andrei Moraru and Tobias von Gostomski provided assistance on the Rochefort credit facility.
