New warehouse and distribution hub increases storage capacity by 40%, enhances supply chain efficiency, and supports expanded fragrance manufacturing operations.
Arcade Beauty, a global beauty and fragrance manufacturing partner, is expanding its North American footprint with the opening of a new warehouse and distribution facility in Dayton, New Jersey. The investment reinforces the company's U.S. infrastructure as demand for itsfragrance manufacturing capabilities continues to grow.
Located at 32 Commerce Drive, the new site provides a 40% increase in storage capacity, giving Arcade Beauty the room to support larger production runs, additional storage for bulk macerations, and seasonal peaks for its brand partners.
The building features a high-bay warehouse configuration designed to maximize storage efficiency, along with a dedicated bulk storage area equipped with upgraded fire suppression systems.
The new building also includes enhanced, dedicated spaces for receiving, incoming quality, label control, and shipping processes, including a secured area for incoming label inspection and an upgraded lounge for transportation personnel.
Overall, the move is expected to enable Arcade Beauty to double its bulk storage capacity to address market demands including longer maceration periods, if required.
"32 Commerce is the next step in a deliberate strategy to become a full turnkey partner to the brands we serve," said Jorge Garcia, President, North America. "Our brand partners want fewer handoffs and one accountable manufacturer from formulation through finished goods. This facility gives us the capacity to deliver that at scale in North America, and it moves us closer to our goal in becoming the leader in this category."
Located just 1.5 miles from Arcade Beauty's Dayton, New Jersey plant, 32 Commerce now handles the logistics and distribution behind the plant's production.
Full shipping and receiving functions have already transitioned to the new facility, while operations at the former 99 Nicholas warehouse ended in October 2026.
With this latest investment, Arcade Beauty is further advancing its position as a full-service manufacturing partner. Alongside the Dayton plant, it means fragrance clients can rely on a single partner for bulk manufacturing, packaging, filling, assembly, and distribution.
