Governor Ayotte Directs Flags to Half-Staff in Memory of Specialist Sarah Beckstrom, West Virginia Army National Guard
CONCORD, NH - Today, Governor Kelly Ayotte has directed all flags on public buildings and grounds in the State of New Hampshire to half-staff following the Presidential Proclamation honoring the memory of Specialist Sarah Beckstrom, West Virginia Army National Guard.
Flags will fly at half-staff until sunset on December 4.
