The City of Clearwater is currently accepting applications for an open seat on the Downtown Clearwater Development Board (DDB).
The DDB plays an important role in supporting economic development, redevelopment initiatives, and community-focused programs that enhance Downtown Clearwater. Board members work closely with City staff, local stakeholders, and partner organizations to help guide priorities that strengthen the downtown area.
Eligible applicants include individuals who live, work, own property, or operate a business within Downtown Clearwater.
All applications must be submitted by January 23, 2026.
Interested applicants should complete the application and submit it using one of the following methods:
Email: Open and complete the application, save the document, and attach it to an email sent to [email protected]
In Person: Print and drop off the completed application at 100 S. Myrtle Ave., 3rd Floor, Clearwater, FL 33755
The Downtown Development Board works in partnership with the Clearwater Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) to support shared goals and initiatives that promote redevelopment, economic vitality, and long-term investment in Downtown Clearwater.
