The New Strike Manual is Updated and Available

The IAM is proud to announce the release of its updated Strike Manual, a comprehensive guide designed to support members, locals and districts before, during, and after a strike.

This easy-to-use resource covers every step of the process-from strike authorization votes and legal requirements to communications strategies, picket-line operations, and member support. The manual reflects the latest best practices and lessons learned, ensuring our members have the tools they need to stand strong and united.
