GSA Seeks to Transfer Cleveland Harbor Lighthouse to Eligible Community Organizations

CLEVELAND - The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) announced today that eligible organizations can acquire the historic Cleveland Harbor West Pierhead Lighthouse at no cost through the National Historic Lighthouse Preservation Act (NHLPA) of 2000.

Built in 1910, this brick lighthouse at the entrance to Cleveland Harbor offers stunning skyline views and exceptional potential for transformation into a museum, educational center, or cultural venue. The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated as a City of Cleveland landmark.
