Chinese Ambassador to Liberia Yin Chengwu Meets with Minister of Youth and Sports of Liberia, Cornelia W. Kruah

On February 26, Yin Chengwu, Chinese Ambassador to Liberia, met with Cornelia W. Kruah, Minister of Youth and Sports of Liberia.

Yin congratulated Minister Kruah on assuming office, noting that youth and sports cooperation play an important role in China-Liberia bilateral relations. Yin expressed his willingness to work together to earnestly implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, to seize the favorable opportunity of the China-Africa Year of People-to-People Exchanges, and to deepen youth and sports cooperation between the two countries.

Kruah expressed her gratitude and briefed Amb. Yin on the recent works of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. She also expressed Liberia's willingness to actively participate in activities under the framework of the China-Africa Year of People-to-People Exchanges and its desire to explore new cooperation projects with China in the fields of youth and sports, serving the development of friendly relations between the two countries.
