Baird is a Principal Geologist based in California with more than 10 years of experience focused on environmental remediation, hydrogeologic investigation, and risk assessment. He has led and participated in all phases of soil and groundwater remediation and vapor intrusion mitigation from proposal writing to field work to reporting, with a strong focus on hydrocarbon and chlorinated solvent contamination.
Eric is a Principal Environmental Scientist based in New York with more than 25 years of experience focused on soil and groundwater contamination. He specializes in evaluating and mitigating vapor intrusion and supporting carbon capture, utilization, and storage projects. Eric has provided technical support to clients on vapor intrusion-related matters for chlorinated volatile organic compounds and methane at nearly 100 sites across North America, as well as in South America and Australia.
Kaitlyn is a Senior Principal Engineer based in North Carolina with more than 20 years of experience focused on the assessment and remediation of contaminated properties, property transaction environmental due diligence, compliance and permitting evaluations, valuation of environmental liability, brownfield negotiations and redevelopment, and vapor intrusion assessment and mitigation.
