Wolfie’s Holiday Toy Drive a Record-Setting Success

The Stony Brook University community made Wolfie's Holiday Toy Drive a tremendous success this year, as a record number of gifts - including hundreds of toys and donations - all helped spread a little joy and comfort at Stony Brook Children's Hospital.

The festivities began on December 10 with a parade that started at the Charles B. Wang Center and ended at Stony Brook Children's Hospital, with stops at the Stony Brook Union and the Long Island State Veterans Home, where those that gave so much to their country were honored with various donated gifts and activities.

The Division of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) - collectively with its units of first responders, mobility, safety and emergency experts - came together to give back to the Stony Brook community by bringing spirit, hope and caring to those who need it most. Donation boxes were placed at locations on East and West campus.
