New Online Banking Feature

Introducing Our New FNB Online Banking Dispute Center: A Simpler, Faster Way to Resolve Transaction Issues

We know that noticing an unfamiliar charge or issue on your account can be stressful. That's why we're excited to announce the launch of our new Online Banking Dispute Center! Integrated directly into your online banking menu, this new self-service tool gives you full control to submit, manage, and track transaction disputes 24/7-no branch visits or phone calls necessary.

Whether you are on your smartphone or desktop, starting a claim takes just a few minutes. Through a simple, 4-step guided intake form, you can select the specific transactions in question, detail the reason for your claim, and submit all necessary information securely in one sitting. If you have joint account holders, the system makes it seamless to choose whose disputes you are viewing and managing.

Here are a few key features designed to give you peace of mind and complete visibility:
  • Real-Time 5-Stage Status Tracking: No more wondering where your claim stands. You can monitor your dispute in real time through a 5-step progress bar-tracking every stage from initial filing and review to investigation and final resolution.
  • Direct Document Uploads: Easily attach supporting receipts, correspondence, or documents directly to an active dispute. The system supports convenient drag-and-drop file uploads (including PDFs, JPEGs, and PNGs up to 10MB) so our review team gets everything they need right away.
  • Search and Filter Tools: Need to find a past claim? You can search your active and closed dispute records by merchant name, transaction date, amount, or dispute ID. You can also switch between summary and detailed views to see as much or as little detail as you like.

Ready to check it out? Simply log in to your online banking account, navigate to the main navigation menu, and click on Transaction Dispute to explore the new features.
