Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised funds managed by Sofidy, namely the SCPIs Sofidynamic and Immorente, as well as AIF Meilleurimmo, on the acquisition of the Magnetik building in southern Paris. The firm also advised on the establishment of the joint venture with Batipart Europe for the purposes of the investment.
With approximately 34,000 square metres of space, Magnetik is an office complex that houses the headquarters of eight leading companies, including Chronopost, MSC Cruises, Jacquet et Brossard, B&B Hotels and Institut Mines-Télécom.
