ServiceMaster® Brands, a leading franchisor of residential and commercial services, today announced that four of its brands have been named to the Franchise Times Top 400® for 2026. ServiceMaster Restore®, ServiceMaster Clean®, Merry Maids® and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® each earned a place on this year's list.

The Franchise Times Top 400 is an exclusive annual ranking of the largest U.S.-based franchise systems by global systemwide sales. Franchise Times compiles the list through a five-month research and reporting effort, making it one of the most credible and objective rankings in franchising.

ServiceMaster Clean® (No. 127) ServiceMaster Clean provides commercial janitorial and specialty cleaning services for offices, healthcare facilities, schools and other commercial spaces. Built on the company's legacy as one of America's first franchise businesses, the brand gives franchise owners a business-to-business model backed by decades of proven systems and national account relationships.

Merry Maids® (No. 166) Founded in 1979 in Omaha, Nebraska, Merry Maids has been part of the ServiceMaster family since 1988. Today the residential cleaning brand operates more than 400 locations across the United States, giving customers back the time they deserve to enjoy the things they love. Merry Maids has earned the Women's Choice Award® every year since 2013.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® (No. 132) Founded in Lansing, Michigan, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is the largest franchised moving company in the U.S., offering residential and commercial moving, packing and junk removal. The brand operates more than 430 locations and 3,000 trucks and has completed more than 10 million moves since 1985. It joined ServiceMaster Brands in 2021.
