Since joining Baker McKenzie, she has contributed to the development of the VAT and Customs practice in Italy, which is now fully integrated at EMEA level.

Cristina Brevi, a member of the Employment & Compensation practice, has solid experience in employment law. She advises clients, particularly those in the retail, fashion and luxury sectors, on complex matters, including the recruitment, remuneration and termination of senior executives, and the management of workplace investigations. She supports clients through initial assessment, interviews, and potential disciplinary outcomes in cases involving harassment, mobbing, and HR compliance breaches (including pay transparency).

Matteo Maria Morelli, a member of the Dispute Resolution practice, has extensive experience in compliance, corporate criminal liability and internal investigations. He assists Italian and multinational clients in designing and implementing compliance programmes and in managing criminal proceedings and high-risk situations, including those in a cross-border context.

Giulia Trabattoni, a member of the Tax practice, has significant experience in international taxation, particularly in the digital and platform economy. She assists multinational groups with complex and innovative tax audits and litigation management and provides advisory services on extraordinary corporate transactions.

Fernanda Trujillo-Garcia, also in the Tax practice, specializes in transfer pricing and international taxation, with twenty years of experience, part of which gained in Latin and North America. She advises multinational clients on economic analyses for designing and implementing transfer pricing policies, reorganising supply chains, advance pricing agreements (APAs, MAP/ACs) and defensive strategies for managing tax disputes.

Their individual career paths, combined with a strong focus on client needs, further strengthen the quality of our teams. We extend our congratulations and best wishes to all of them."
