With the help of Oracle NetSuite and the Oracle OPERA Cloud hospitality platform, UMusic Hotels has enhanced end-to-end visibility of its data, elevated guest experiences, and laid the foundation to efficiently scale its global operations.
UMHL is redefining traditional hotel operations by integrating live events, ecommerce, and branded merchandise while maintaining the high service standards of a global hospitality brand. Within UMHL, its flagship division-UMusic Hotels-leads this vision, with a new property in Madrid and plans to expand across Europe, the US, and Latin America.
