In his capacity as Chairman of the Thailand - U.S. Educational Foundation (TUSEF), or Fulbright Thailand, the Vice Minister reiterated the importance of the Fulbright Programme in deepening mutual understanding between the two countries through educational exchanges, strengthening people-to-people relations, and providing a strong foundation for Thailand - U.S. bilateral relations.
