Statement on the Death of Regional Director Brent Esplin

WASHINGTON - The following statement is from Principal Deputy Commissioner Aubrey Bettencourt, on behalf of the Bureau of Reclamation on the death of Regional Director Brent Esplin:

"The Bureau of Reclamation wishes to formally extend our deepest sympathies to the family of Brent Esplin, his colleagues in the Missouri Basin and Arkansas-Rio Grande-Texas Gulf Regions, and his many friends across the West. Brent dedicated his life to serving the American people and was committed to bettering communities across the west. His leadership and commitment to Reclamation will never be forgotten."
