No roadside trash collection for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Mobile, Ala. - In observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the City of Mobile will not collect roadside trash on Monday, Jan. 19. All of the city's recycling centers will be closed on that day.

The makeup day for roadside trash pickup is set for Saturday, Jan. 24. There will be no impact to household garbage (brown cart) collection, as garbage does not run on Mondays. All services will resume normal operations on Tuesday, Jan. 20.
