NTCA Opposes Robocall Mitigation Scorecard

(September 22) In comments filed with the FCC, NTCA stated that the establishment of a robocall mitigation scorecard could skew the competitive marketplace. NTCA members' efforts to combat robocalls are often undermined due to circumstances beyond their control, but a scorecard could not possibly account for this and could place them at a disadvantage to other operators.
