DGA Statement on Governor Kathy Hochul's Victory in New York

DGA Chair Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear released the following statement on Gov. Kathy Hochul being re-elected in New York:

"Congratulations to Governor Kathy Hochul on being re-elected governor of New York. New Yorkers know they can count on Governor Hochul to be a tough leader who will continue to make their communities safer and more affordable. Under Governor Hochul's leadership, middle-class families are paying the lowest tax rate in 70 years, every kid at school gets free lunch, and parents get more money back in their pockets thanks to her tripling the child tax credit. As New York's first mom governor, she'll keep getting results for families in her state by standing up against Donald Trump's attacks, keeping communities safe, and working to lower costs. The DGA looks forward to working with Governor Hochul as she continues fighting for New York families."
