During this event we will explore the potential of bioLPG for the decarbonisation of buildings, with a particular focus on rural areas and illustrated by way of a real-life showcase project, located less than 30km from Brussels. This event will illustrate how bioLPG is a scalable, cost-effective solution for reducing emissions in buildings, and how addressing energy efficiency, and improving indoor environmental quality, is also an objective of our industry.
This event will also look into key policies that influence the uptake of renewable liquid gas, in buildings, especially as Brussels awaits the new Heating & Cooling Strategy as part of the recently published Action Plan for Affordable Energy. We will explain the need for more clarity and consistency in EU legislation to support the adoption of renewable energy sources like bioLPG in building decarbonisation and we will outline the findings of our recent Pathways Outlook which demonstrates the potential availability of renewable liquid gases in future decades.
An optional visit to the showcase site (the ADEM care home near Rotselaar) will offer unique insights into the future of the decarbonisation of buildings, with a focus on affordable, scalable solutions like bioLPG. You will learn about the role of the liquid gas industry in not only providing renewable energy but also in facilitating energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality improvements.
You will also learn how the use of renewable liquid gas, as an alternative to other sources of off-gas-grid energy, can help improve ambient air quality, in rural areas.
Don't miss this opportunity to explore the potential of bioLPG and contribute to the conversation on how renewable liquid gas can shape the future of building decarbonisation.
