VIENNA, 11 September (UN Information Service) - The new Permanent Representative of Malaysia to the United Nations (Vienna), Dato Fenny Anak Nuli presented her credentials today to the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) Monica Juma.
During her career, Ms. Anak Nuli, who is also Ambassador-Designate to Austria and Slovakia, has served in various capacities, among them:
Director, Sarawak Regional Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2024-2026); Ambassador to Peru, concurrently accredited to Bolivia, Colombia and Panama, (2019-2024); Minister and Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy in Brussels, Belgium (2016-2019); Under-Secretary, International Cooperation and Development Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2015-2016); Principal Assistant Secretary, Multilateral Economic and Environment Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2013-2015); Minister Counsellor, Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand (2009-2013); Director, Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN)-Malaysia National Secretariat, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2006-2009); Assistant Secretary, Finance Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2005-2006); Second Secretary, Embassy in Warsaw, Poland (2002-2005); Second Secretary, Permanent Mission of Malaysia to the United Nations Office at Geneva, Switzerland (2001-2002); and Administrative and Diplomatic Officer, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1997-2001).
Ms. Anak Nuli holds a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Science, Malaysia, Penang and a Diploma in Public Administration from the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN), Kuala Lumpur.
