OKLAHOMA CITY (Sept. 9, 2025) - Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) ("Paycom"), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, raised $200,000 for Baylor Scott & White Health's Texas Cancer Interception Institute (TCII), a not-for-profit initiative dedicated to advancing early cancer detection. The donation comes as part of Paycom's week-long celebration in honor of National Payroll Week.
As a survivor of his own cancer battle at Baylor Scott & White, Paycom Leadership Strategist and former CSO Jeff York has dedicated himself to supporting others in their fight. This recent donation from Paycom and its employees is especially meaningful to him.
"One of Paycom's greatest strengths is the exceptional generosity of our employees," said York. "This donation will have a tremendous impact on fighting cancer through early detection and innovative research that will help future generations."
TCII is leading efforts to advance early cancer interception and care for people facing a cancer diagnosis. Its goal is to reduce cancer mortality rates by 50% over the next 25 years through cutting-edge health care technology.
"We are deeply grateful to the Paycom team for their generosity and commitment to advancing the fight against cancer," said Christina Goodman, interim president of Baylor Scott & White Dallas Foundation. "This gift is a reflection of the remarkable culture of giving championed by leaders like Jeff York, and it will help fuel the work of the Texas Cancer Interception Institute to save more lives through earlier detection and treatment."
During National Payroll Week, Paycom celebrated the hard work and dedication of payroll professionals who make a difference in the lives of millions of employees. The festivities included team games, Zen rooms, food trucks and canoe races. In the spirit of giving back, Paycom's employee giving program also provided an opportunity for employees to support TCII and make a positive impact in their community.
As one of the largest payroll providers in the industry, Paycom's employee-first technology leverages AI and full-solution automation to streamline processes and drive efficiencies in a single database, enabling seamless management of the entire employee life cycle.
