Temporary roadway repairs on Cirby Way starting November 17

Crews will begin temporary roadway repairs on Cirby Way between Cirby Oaks Way and Inglis Way from November 17-19, 2025, weather permitting. This proactive work will help keep the road stable and in good condition following a past water main break.

Traffic impacts
Work will run along Cirby Way between Cirby Oaks Way and Inglis Way.
  • Nov. 17: Westbound lanes reduced to one. No outbound traffic from Inglis Way. Access at Inglis Way and the driveway to the Promenade Park Apartments open to westbound traffic only.

  • Nov. 19: Inside westbound lane closed; traffic merged to one lane. Promenade Park Apartments access open to westbound traffic only.
Please drive with caution and follow posted signs. Crews will set up early at 5 a.m. and work between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. daily to minimize impacts.
  • At least one lane in each direction will remain open, but please plan for slower traffic and brief delays.
  • Flaggers will be on-site to help people walk safely through the area.
  • We'll keep driveways and business access open, but getting in and out of Inglis Way and Comm Drive will be limited.
Why this work matters

A 24-inch water main under Cirby Way was taken out of service after a 2023 break. Temporary repairs help keep the road safe and stable until permanent restoration in 2026.
